MOLD INSPECTION AND REMEDIATION RECOMMENDATIONS:
Includes walk through of property to assess the presence of moisture intrusion/leaks/drainage problems or visible mold using moisture meter/infrared camera and temperature/humidity readings. Inspector will make recommendations to client regarding the need for samples and them collect them per agreement. Final report includes a detailed summary of findings with photos from the visual inspection, an interpretation of the laboratory results, detailed site-specific recommendations with remediation referrals (if needed) or DIY info. The report will also include recommendations for addressing the moisture issues that caused the mold along with other advice regarding indoor air quality and ventilation.
PRE-PURCHASE MOLD INSPECTION:
Same as Mold Inspection above but will also include Air Samples (number of samples varies based on square footage of the property), price varies based on Turnaround Time (TAT) required for lab results and inspection report. Please call for pricing.
POST-REMEDIATION INSPECTION AND CLEARANCE TESTING:
Follow-up Post-Remediation Inspection, Testing & Clearance Report:
Includes a repeat inspection (when Mold Busters did the pre-remediation inspection) of the affected area(s) that required remediation with repeat air testing and surface testing if needed. Follow-up recommendations given to the remediation company if any areas do not clear.
Post-Remediation Inspection, Testing & Clearance Report:
Includes a review of the pre-remediation report/recommendations (client to provide prior to quote) and a post-remediation inspection of the affected area(s) that required remediation with air testing and surface testing if needed. Follow-up recommendations given to the remediation company if any areas do not clear.
LABORATORY
SAMPLES (we do not do testing without an inspection):
Air sample (spore trap) for microscopic exam
Surface sample (swab or tape) for microscopic exam
Wall-Chek (internal air sample) for microscopic exam
Price affected by Turnaround Time (counted as business days) for lab results
Final Report Includes:
